I MUST WIN WEIGHT

So I am working on gaining weight, now that I can eat again thanks to my pills.

I have learned that eating Guacamole will help, and probably also tuna and other kinds of fish, probably not sardines though as I find them disgusting...but who knows...I'll try them with rice and see how it goes. I was thinking maybe cheese, but the calcium in it might make cheese a bad idea. For now, I'm trying out goat cheese as it has the same ammount of protein and fat as cow cheese but less calcium. It has about 1/3 the calcium of the cow cheese. It might be that the sardines have too much calcium in them and that could be why eating them is bad. It also may be that I could eat around the calcium.

I am having to learn about various kinds of oils and I now know I need a more balanced diet of oils. It might be that eating the same kind of oil all the time is bad for your health. I'm not too sure. I am fairly certain that I have typically over-indulged in corn oil.

I still have to do more research and experimenting. Anyhow, I found out that guacamole helps you absorb vitamin A, which might explain why my poop was a little on the orange side, as I had been taking in the vitamin A, but apparently wasn't digesting it. So that little mystery of why I loved the special bean dip (which happened to have guacamole in it) which was so delicious is solved by this finding. I should be able to confirm this soon.

Now moved and cooking rice a lot

MOVED.

So, I ran out of money for the rent. No income, now. Comparing the color of my poop now with what I used to have it looks to be orange. Whatever. At least I'm not losing lots of mucus and blood. It probably just looks on the orange side because of how green/grey it has been over the years until now.

At Big Brother's place. Window faces the East. Nice. Sleeping pretty good at night. Beard helps me stay warm so I don't burn too many calories, and a lack of intense noise pollution lets me rest properly.

Pills are working good but I still have other unresolved health issues. For now, I'm mostly doing what I can to eat properly and rest properly.

It's interesting how I needed to take in so much antioxidants in order to combat so much pollution in Seattle, like kimchi and fruits and vegetables. Now I don't need to eat anywhere near as much of that stuff, which is a lot better for my body overall. Because it needs mostly calories and protein.

I have been eating lots of rice. I've become more skilled at cooking rice. I also cooked french fries fried in oil for the first time. Before, I would eat them at home baked. But fried is much better for me, I think. I'm going to progress from here in cooking skills I would imagine, and fry potatoes from scratch. I was able to sweat again today, which is excellent as now I have done it without eating gluten. Eating foods with gluten was really bad for my stomach, it seems.
