l-glutamine and muscles

ok, l-glutamine is definitely helping. it's somewhat astounding. and i have the suspicion that i will indeed need other supposedly 'non-essential' nutrients that are amino acids such as l-cysteine.

l-glutamine determined necessary for myself

because of complications of being injured, starved and so on, i think it's necessary to take l-glutamine. i think i should've taken betaine hydrochloride YEARS ago. since it took me so long to take it, my stomach got so bad that now i need to take l-glutamine, because my body is not capable of producing enough of it on it's own.

unsure if other pills are going to be needed after this, but this is a step in the right direction.

another substance there is a possibility of me needing is l-cysteine. i have insufficient information on it to make a positive determination at this point. this and other substances also will most likely warrant further investigation after taking l-glutamine.

More Pills Comments

So I found a new type of pill which explain that they help you to digest food with fat in it. I bought a bottle of this new type of pill. I also found out pepsin helps you digest protein. So with Super Supplements having products with pills with a lot of pepsin in them, those are good for some meals, but not all. For meals with little or no protein, the pills from modernherbalist.com are preferred. I also bought a product with betaine hydrochloride and something else...I can't remember what but I need to find out what it's for before i use it a lot. I'll update the blog after I find out.

Also...Citric Acid is evermore an absolute no-no in my diet. If I catch myself comsuming any of it...it is not pretty. Tomato anything, including pizza is generally bad. And coffee of course, is putrid to smell. I hate flax and any nut. Even, no; especially peanut butter. The smell is quite strong.

I can eat meat again. I just -along with it and everything else I eat- need to eat it with pills.

I need a job so I can buy the pills without borrowing money all the time from my parents. Likewise, I need medically certified water, as well.

Looking for Part-time Job

So, I'm looking for work. In an effort to save time, I've uploaded my resume to ifile.it.
here are the links to my resume.

further talking about fantasy worlds there is something not thought much of to think about.

there are such things as centuars, minotaurs, etc in fantasy worlds...if you watch a t.v. show such as hercules or xena(not sure which one, maybe both), you might eventually find some episodes where folks are admitting to commiting to bestiality to make those creatures come about. of course it is fantasy, but in these shows often times it's portrayed as normal and ok. something to think about. we live in a world where homosexual people are trying to be considered normal. both bestiality and homosexuality are sins, of course. great ones.

it just bugs me when in some of these shows they try to defend these practices. also, they try to portray the situation as much more normal than real life.

if you think about it, even disney has shows with this, with popular characters like donald duck or mickey mouse which are disgusting because they are basically fictional offspring of bestiality.

that, or...it could have something to do with belief in the theory of evolution... which is nonsense.

Fantasy with funny subliminal messages

FFX - Tidus...(better spelled as Titus, the book of the bible)
This game was interesting because the protaganist is against the religious teachings of the world.
And his group eventually proves those teachings wrong. It seems they took some ideas from scripture.

Starwars - The force...
God's active force is known as holy spirit and it operates in all living things and keeps us alive.
once again, this idea was from holy scripture.

Skeleton/Undead/Dead soldiers - Ezekiel...
If you read the book in a fool's bible god's name is replaced with 'the lord'. Then when you read about the bones standing up and becoming a great military force it sounds a lot like many fantasies which feature monsters that are supposedly animated dead, animated by some sort of evil. In actuality the bones are good people and the lord is the one true god, Jehovah.

aray's list of bad words

Clean-shaven(talking about a face without facial hair)
Honeybucket(talking about mobile bathroom stalls)
hmm...that's all i have for now.

So they say laughter is the best medicine...

It can certainly make you feel good...

There are some pretty funny people on youtube.

In response to a question in regards to my last blog.

"why are you smelling your underwear?"

I was afraid that what you see in this picture might happen.

Sniff the sweat, not the slime

After getting my digestive mucus reigned in, I figured it was time to buy some new underwear. Something that I actually thought was comfortable and felt good and right. So Ross had new underwear that could be tried on, and I tried on just about everything. Finally I settled on some long underwear. Now when I had been wearing my underwear for a while and I had been sweating in it and it no doubt smelled badly, I decided to give it a sniff and it only smelled sweaty. Of course it needs to be washed as soon as possible, but the point is that it's just really nice to sniff it and just smell all that sweat, and not all that slime that would be there if I wasn't taking my medicine.

Found something at the Market

So, my mother thought to go somewhere local to buy the pills, and yeah, WHOLE FOODS MARKET HAS the pills I needed. There were a couple different brands of a product that were similiar to what I bought online after looking at the modernherbalist website.

I hope they buy out QFC and Safeway and all those other stores that refuse to stock this stuff.

I didn't take a note of the other brand information which I didn't buy. If I had plenty of money, I suppose I would've bought a bottle of both. There were 2 other products I think that had the betaine hydrochloride in it, but I believe I did not want to have the other ingredients, one of the bottles had calcium in it! Haha...weird. I really don't know if that product makes any sense. I'm not going to experiment with that, no need for me.

This product is similiar to what I've been taking, but it seems to have more Pepsin in it proportionally compared to the other product. I'm not sure what that will mean, but I'll find out soon.

In the meantime, if you live near a WHOLE FOODS MARKET, please shop there as often as possible and avoid qfc and safeway if you can. Then maybe they'll do some buying out and we can get more decent stores in more places. I know doing the right thing isn't always convenient, but it will pay off eventually.

I MUST WIN WEIGHT

So I am working on gaining weight, now that I can eat again thanks to my pills.

I have learned that eating Guacamole will help, and probably also tuna and other kinds of fish, probably not sardines though as I find them disgusting...but who knows...I'll try them with rice and see how it goes. I was thinking maybe cheese, but the calcium in it might make cheese a bad idea. For now, I'm trying out goat cheese as it has the same ammount of protein and fat as cow cheese but less calcium. It has about 1/3 the calcium of the cow cheese. It might be that the sardines have too much calcium in them and that could be why eating them is bad. It also may be that I could eat around the calcium.

I am having to learn about various kinds of oils and I now know I need a more balanced diet of oils. It might be that eating the same kind of oil all the time is bad for your health. I'm not too sure. I am fairly certain that I have typically over-indulged in corn oil.

I still have to do more research and experimenting. Anyhow, I found out that guacamole helps you absorb vitamin A, which might explain why my poop was a little on the orange side, as I had been taking in the vitamin A, but apparently wasn't digesting it. So that little mystery of why I loved the special bean dip (which happened to have guacamole in it) which was so delicious is solved by this finding. I should be able to confirm this soon.

Now moved and cooking rice a lot

MOVED.

So, I ran out of money for the rent. No income, now. Comparing the color of my poop now with what I used to have it looks to be orange. Whatever. At least I'm not losing lots of mucus and blood. It probably just looks on the orange side because of how green/grey it has been over the years until now.

At Big Brother's place. Window faces the East. Nice. Sleeping pretty good at night. Beard helps me stay warm so I don't burn too many calories, and a lack of intense noise pollution lets me rest properly.

Pills are working good but I still have other unresolved health issues. For now, I'm mostly doing what I can to eat properly and rest properly.

It's interesting how I needed to take in so much antioxidants in order to combat so much pollution in Seattle, like kimchi and fruits and vegetables. Now I don't need to eat anywhere near as much of that stuff, which is a lot better for my body overall. Because it needs mostly calories and protein.

I have been eating lots of rice. I've become more skilled at cooking rice. I also cooked french fries fried in oil for the first time. Before, I would eat them at home baked. But fried is much better for me, I think. I'm going to progress from here in cooking skills I would imagine, and fry potatoes from scratch. I was able to sweat again today, which is excellent as now I have done it without eating gluten. Eating foods with gluten was really bad for my stomach, it seems.

This post gets rather emotional and doesn't just stop with public problems...but discusses my own, primarily.

So there is this problem that i'm dealing with. And lots of others have the problem too. See for yourself: www.poopreport.com/Doctor/Knowledgebase/recurringblood.html
www.steadyhealth.com/I_m_pooping_out_blood_instead_of_fecus_t103307.html

What is going on? I mean, really?

And when I go to the Doctor...he's supposed to just check my butt for scars...and what does he do? He freaking goes gay doctor masturbation mode on me! I would sue that fool if I knew how to. Anyway, going to the doctor just made the problem worse. As it was, that was only an occasional problem that crept up when I ate any kind of nuts...after that event, it happens even after eating nut POWDER! And now it's happening for no apparent reason again! And I'm extremely frustrated. I know I have a lot of damaged tissue, and the body is probably just collecting the damaged tissue and disposing of it...but this is getting ridiculous...I'm bleeding too much.

I think it has to do with Addison's Disease. I think I have it, and it's causing a lot of problems. Even the SMELL of caffiene seems to bother me tremendously.

The stores nearby used to sell Essentia Water, which was improving my health alot...but now...they're not selling it anymore. And my health has been going downhill since. So I went online and bought 6 cases of it(get one free) even though the cost comes to $174 and I'm already running out of unemployment money, with little money in the bank and my rent just went up.

With a decaying body and no opportunities available for non-physical work, It's only a matter of time before I can't do anything anymore but sleep in death. This coming from a man who is only 26 years old.

So I'm thinking my Adrenal Gland may be totally shut off at times...like when I take in too much caffeine or something. And as a result of not having the proper hormones just standing up seems to cause me to bleed inside.

Offenses by Activision

Not sure where the comic came from, but it seems to be in the spirit of making fun of money grubbers.

I have to admit, Activision Bosses are really, really scary. Blizzard is almost crazy for teaming up with them. Anyway, it looks like their relationship is good, so it's not going to be a big deal, I suppose. At least not for SC2
http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=128252#1

Haha, wow...check that out!

here's just one section:

it said here's a few excerpts from a lawsuit where "the 2 ex-CEOs file a lawsuit against Activision regarding the rights to “Modern Warfare” and 36$ million of royalties + damages."

23. West and Zampella were not as eager as Activision to jump into the development of Modern Warfare 2. Despite assurances by Activision that West and Zampella would have complete freedom to run Infinity Ward as an independent studio, Activision had begun to intrude upon Infinity Ward's ability to create quality games. For example, Activision forced Infinity Ward's employees to continue producing the games at a break neck pace under aggressive schedules, and West and Zampella were concerned that Activision was emphasizing quantity over quality. Given Activision's insistence that Infinity Ward continue to focus on sequels to Call of Duty games instead of new intellectual property, West and Zampella were also concerned that Activision's demands risked "burning out" the Infinity Ward employees' creativity. Nurturing a creative environment had been one of the cornerstones of Infinity Ward's success. West and Zampella were not eager to extend their employment; especially as they watched their games receive countless awards and make Activision billions of dollars, while many Infinity Ward employees were not being provided a fair share.

25. To induce West and Zampella to create a game they had no obligation to create and to extend an Employment Agreement that was just months from expiring, Activision made several important promises in the MOU. First, the MOU gives West and Zampella creative authority over the development of any games under the Modern Warfare brand (or any Call of Duty game set in the post-Vietnam era, the near future or the distant future) including complete control over the Infinity Ward studio. The MOU explicitly provides that no such game can be commercially released without the written consent of West and Zampella. Second, the MOU gives West and Zampella the right to operate Infinity Ward independently and to choose to develop new intellectual property after they completed Modern Warfare 2.

30. In wake of Modern Warfare 2's success, Activision chose not to honor the MOU or Employment Agreement with West and Zampella. Activision chose, instead, to launch a pre-textual investigation against West and Zampella to create a basis to fire the two co-heads of Infinity Ward before the first Modern Warfare 2 royalty payment would be paid in the ordinary course, on March 31, 2010.
...
Activision refused to tell either West or Zampella what specific acts or omissions Activision believed they had committed or what was prompting the investigation, insisting instead in Orwellian fashion that West and Zampella "already have a clear understanding of what they have or have not done." West and Zampella were told only that Activision was investigating potential "breaches of contract" and "violations" of Activision policies, and threatened that anything less than their full cooperation with the inquisition would constitute "insubordination", which itself would justify their termination.

32. Activision conducted the investigation in a manner designed to maximize the inconvenience and anxiety it would cause West and Zampella. On little notice, Activision insisted on conducting interviews over the Presidents' Day holiday weekend; West and Zampella were interrogated for over six hours in a windowless conference room; Activision investigators brought other Infinity Ward employees to tears in their questioning and accusations and threatened West and Zampella with "insubordination" if they attempted to console them; Activision's outside counsel demanded that West and Zampella surrender their personal computers, phones and communication devices to Activision for review by Activision's outside counsel and, when West and Zampella asserted their legally protected privacy rights, Activision's counsel said that doing so constituted further acts (of) insubordination.

West and Zampella are also entitled to exercise creative authority over the development of any games to be published under the Modern Warfare brand over any of the conduct of Infinity Ward Studio. But the day after it fired West and Zampella, Activision announced new strategic and personnel plans for Call of Duty franchise and has asserted complete control over the Modern Warfare brand and the Infinity Ward Studio.

Kirkland Signature Organic Plain Soymilk Ingredients

Organic Soymilk (Filtered Water, Whole Organic Soybeans), Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Tricalcium Citrate, Sea Salt, Carrageenan, Organic Vanilla Flavor, Natural Flavors, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D2, Riboflavin (B2), Vitamin B12

Personal Comments:

This milk has a high amount of Potassium, which would partially explain why I like it so much. I believe Carrageenan is often mistaken for Cinnamon. There are certain candies which have this ingredient which claim to be Cinnamon flavored. Cinnamon is from a tree and Carrageenan is from the sea. Also it can be seen in Rice Dream's Horchata drink the ingredients:
Ingredients: filtered water, brown rice (partially milled), dehydrated cane juice, expeller pressed high oleic safflower oil and/or sunflower oil and/or canola oil, rice flour, natural flavors, spice, carrageenan.

Compare that with the description:
RICE DREAM blended with the perfect touch of cinnamon and vanilla is a hit with horchata lovers, and those who are looking for a more exotic taste in their RICE DREAM assortment.

Of course it's entirely possible that the 'spice' is cinnamon, but compare that with candies that are supposedly cinnamon flavor, and it seems as though you can compare cinnamon and carrageenan to chocolate and carob. In conclusion, it seems as though Carrageenan might be a Cinnamon substitute. I really don't know. I'm going to have to make more observations.

In the meantime, feel free to compare the following articles:

It's noteworthy that there is an asian variety of cinnamon called cassia, as well as the fact that the cinnamons, while coppery brown in color might be a similiar color to the carrageenan, which is referred to as a red seaweed. Pictures of actual carrageenan are somewhat lacking. At any rate, it would appear that carrageenan may not be proper food for a woman pregnant or seeking to become pregnant, as there are a few articles that I glanced at which mentioned something negative about carrageenan's role with reproduction.

All I can say is...pay attention to the labels...Probably the thing of it is that the milk containers which have carrageenan in the ingredients list do say clearly on them "NOT TO BE USED AS INFANT FORMULA." If eating or drinking something doesn't feel right, find something else to eat or drink! This is a very good thing to keep in mind at all times. And whenever I see capital letters, I beware. Another Side point is that they also say on them "REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING". I'm terrible with this, and as a result I throw out a lot of unused milk. But that's because I have a very low tolerance for cold liquids. Better to throw it out because it doesn't taste quite right than to drink it or eat it and get sick.

List Blogs

I will make blogs of lists.

These lists might mean something to you, they might not.

But they will mean something to me, and I'm betting they'll mean something to some of you.

Be on the lookout for them as I think you'll find them interesting.

Health Discussions

This is my first blog.

I have seen blogs sometimes but never saw one that I liked much until today.
So, as a tribute, I'll give you the address.

I like the idea of talking about health on the internet. Especially since I realize there is a lot of nonsense on the Internet and I don't like nonsense. So I wanted to make a blog where I could express myself and my general concerns about health that typically just aren't discussed on other sites.

What I mean is that my blog shall aim to discuss general health. This is different from discussing health concerns that other people have. Other people are concerned about rabies, AIDS, hepatitis, cardiovascular disease related to extremely high blood pressure, broken bones...basically stuff that is discussed to death, in my opinion. So here this blog is where I'm going to discuss more interesting stuff that isn't discussed much.

I like to think of myself as an amateur doctor. And also, by creating a blog I will effectively force myself to study more. I live by myself and don't have anyone to treat me. I was not born in a hospital and no man or woman on earth understands my body better than myself. Any time I see a doctor they are totally clueless and they seem to have to ask me thousands of questions to get anywhere with learning about me.

Because in my opinion, almost every doctor out there in this world is a quack...
I would encourage you, the reader of this blog to, if you feel comfortable in your own intelligence that is, to try to examine information available and be your own doctor. Or, if you feel confident enough in me or your close friend's intelligence, you can use that person. However, I personally think it's a bad idea for you to use a doctor online as a substitute for a present doctor. If nothing else, you should keep a daily log of your activities, either mentally, on paper, or by computer. When it comes to health, you shouldn't leave things to your memory anyway, so documentation I find is a great tool for any doctor.

If you're serious about keeping up on your own health by reading things online, and are fed up with the many novice doctors around town, you'd do well to implement various strategies into your routine for maintaining your health. It just makes sense. Like it has been suggested to teens, to make a diary for their mental well being, such a thing can be useful for our physical well being as well.
